Celebrating its 50th anniversary on Dec. 1, Hoong-A hosted a commemorative event at the newly relocated Seoun’s new factory on Nov. 30. In consideration of social distance caused by corona, the event was held in an untact manner as much as possible, so other than the award-winning executives and employees watched the event through a monitor. The 50th anniversary of Hoong-A's foundation is a more meaningful year than the existing one, and marks a fresh start from the new office building, which has been saddled with 100 years of business. 

Hoong-A is expected to achieve its planned sales and orders despite of COVID 19’s global difficulties, and it was selected as the best company in the employee recommendation rate category for "working-friendly small and medium-sized enterprises" out of 5.2 million small and medium-sized enterprises this year, further brightening the 50th anniversary event. For the continued development of the packaging industry, Hoong-A Corporation announced its ambition to lead packaging automation in the world by proclaiming a new mission, "Packaging all the greatest and healthiest value”. Specially in this year, we produce a Time Capsule to commemorate  the current image of Hoong-A in 2020 and will open it in 2030, 10 years later.
